enae has always loved to dance and move. Her parents discovered her flexibility as a baby and put her in gymnastics when she was a little girl. Her first experience with dance didn’t come until she signed up for a class her sophomore year of high school. It was there that, with the help of her teacher, she discovered she had a knack for movement and her passion for dance ignited! After hard work, the next year she made it on to her high school dance company and went on to receive a dance performance scholarship at Utah Valley University.

At UVU Lenae danced with Synergy Dance Company and held offices from company treasurer to president. With her team she competed at several ACDFA (American College Dance Festival Association) Conferences. She had the privilege of taking several master classes in Modern/Contemporary, Hip-Hop, Lyrical, Jazz and African. She traveled to New York where she had the opportunity to perform for students at LaGuardia Performing Arts High School and took classes from Alvin Ailey and Martha Graham Dance Companies. She is excited to pass on her love for dance by teaching youth. Lenae’s other passions besides dance is her husband, their 5 kids and looking for opportunities to serve others!
